SIMPLE SOLUTION STUDIO.
Anoushirvan Nourfardi is the mastermind behind large-scale urban projects in Tehran. Based on his creative and up-to-date technical knowledge, he has been able to create more than 200 successful urban projects during his 25 years of professional experience.
He has played a key role in all stages of projects from Project idea generation, conceptual design, project think-tangle holding to guiding a project's architectural team and project management in all stages of implementation.
Mellat Cinema Campus, Azadi Cinema Campus, large sports complexes as well as the most modern technological museum in the Middle East "Garden of Holy Defense Museum” and the largest cultural center in Iran, "Book Garden", are among his most successful and largest projects that have been exploited nationally and internationally. His latest project is the Commercial and Cultural Center of "Iran Mall", which is one of the largest projects in Iran and the Middle East in terms of architecture, design and implementation where Anoushirvan played part as "project management".
Anoushiravan's most outstanding ability is to formulate and implement strategic planning for different companies as well as teaching in the field of management.
"Simple solution Studio", was established by Anoushirvan NourFardi with a main goal to devise a convenient and simple solution beyond the complexity of each project. An aim which with the help of integrated management will lead to the construction of spaces of quality. At the heart of the approach undertaken by this studio there is preparation of conceptual project and integrated management as well as strong and committed project management started from the first step until the complete operation which makes every project a unique one.
Business development of projects is one of the success factors in the construction and maintenance of projects.
In this regard, after the initial studies, the optimization of the physical program is performed and creative operation of the project is determined according to requirements outlined by the project client. Also timely economic analysis of the project provides information of its' economic feasibility and suggests appropriate solutions.
Initial studies of projects, including comprehensive examination of the topic and similar projects, the feasibility study and preparing project proposals and studies of relevant subject diagrams, preparation of appropriate physical program and finally preparation of a comprehensive zero phase of the project and all required content is done here.
Other activities include research on the latest project management methods and manufacturing and supplying articles and participate in various seminars.
From the moment preliminary studies of projects start, work is undertaken by this section in consistent with sections for studies and employer. As result, necessary coordination is done and conceptual plan of the projects is prepared.
This section exchanges information with sections responsible for studies and employer to get the project started and finally leads project from its introduction to full operation phase and helps with integration of efforts.
The purpose of this section is to contribute to the development of events related to the construction management and all the affairs related to building engineering. In this regard, Simple Solutions Studio relies on its successful 20 years’ experience.
